“Digital Tokens Wallet” signifies any software application or mechanism employed to store and transfer Digital Assets.
“External Account” pertains to any financial account employed to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your Cocotrade Limited Account.
“Fiat Assets” pertains to the official currency in a jurisdiction that is commonly used, accepted, and considered legal tender.
“Cocotrade Limited Account” refers to an account provided by Cocotrade Limited where digital assets are stored and accessible to users.

Registration and Legal Entity Verification

When registering a legal entity with Cocotrade Limited, you affirm that:

The legal entity is valid and organized in compliance with the laws of its registered jurisdiction.

Account Creation and Usage

Cocotrade Limited reserves the right to limit the number of accounts each user can have. Cocotrade Limited also reserves the right to cancel any market trade orders and limit accounts to trading within a specific value range.

Trading and Transactions

Cocotrade Limited may refuse, limit, or impose conditions on trades without prior notice. Users are responsible for accurate information when executing trades. Cocotrade Limited may refuse to cancel market trade orders after fulfillment or cancel orders due to insufficient funds. Users are accountable for taxes applicable to their trades. Cocotrade Limited acts as an intermediary in administering and enforcing contracts among parties engaging in trading and financial activities. Cocotrade Limited does not act as principal or fiduciary in these transactions.

Withdrawals and Fees

Cocotrade Limited administers withdrawals and may share user information as required. Cocotrade Limited may impose withdrawal limits and fees. Accounts without complete KYC documents are limited to a value equivalent to $100. Cocotrade Limited is not responsible for fees associated with users’ External Accounts.

Use of Services

Users must comply with legal, contractual, and intellectual property obligations while using Cocotrade Limited services. Users must not engage in disruptive or unlawful activities, including money laundering or unauthorized account access.

Intellectual Property Rights

Cocotrade Limited retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in its materials and content, including trademarks, logos, software, and more. Usage of Cocotrade Limited’s intellectual property requires prior written consent.

Suspension and Termination
